We are here to make the process of buying carpets as simple as possible, from the selection process through to installation and after care.
Our Story
S11 Carpets and Flooring was established back in 2009 and although we have gone through some changes over the years, our core ethics have stayed the same and our customers always come first.
Our team have a wealth of experience, having worked for some of the biggest names in flooring over the years, from leading independent retailers to national flooring manufacturers. We also have extensive training in customer service, interior design and some of the best flooring installers in Sheffield.
Your Experience
Purchasing flooring is not an exact science, but we will guide you through the steps. First we will help you chose the right products, give advice on colours, textures and patterns; before popping out to your home or business to take some measurements.
When we have everything just right, (including the price!) we instruct our fitting team do their thing.
Design & Advice
We can help you choose in a couple of different ways, call into our showroom for a chat while we find just the right carpet or flooring for your home. Or if you prefer, we can bring some samples to you and help to match with your decor.
Measure & Estimate
We offer a full measuring service on all of the projects we do, this enables us to quote with confidence and provide you with the perfect fit. With us there are no hidden costs. We always plan to perfection and eliminate wastage.
Installation
Once you are happy with our price, we place the order with the manufacturer. As soon as your order arrives we book you a fitting date, ready for our expert installation team to carry out the transformation of your space.
